  • Spring in Georgia brings mild temperatures and increasing amounts of rainfall.

  • Average temperatures range from the upper 50s to the upper 70s Fahrenheit (15-25°C) in March and rise to the upper 60s to low 80s Fahrenheit (20-28°C) by May.

  • Rainfall increases gradually throughout the spring months, contributing to blooming vegetation and vibrant green landscapes.

BERRY COLLEGE

  • Oak Hill & Maratha Berry Museum : This museum is dedicated to preserving the legacy and history of Martha Berry, an influential educator and founder of Berry College, and Oak Hill, her family's ancestral home.

  • Clock Tower : The Clock Tower features a Victorian-style design with intricate brickwork and a decorative cupola crowning the top. It houses a clock mechanism that was manufactured by the Seth Thomas Clock Company, a renowned clockmaker of the time.

  • Jackson Hill Trail : Head out on this 2.1-km loop trail near Rome, Georgia. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 32 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking and walking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring.
